Hosting
The website is hosted by Heroku, a service of Salesforce, Inc., 415 Mission Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94105, United States (www.heroku.com). Data is stored in the European Union, in Ireland (Heroku's Europe region).
Personal data
Trial requests
The “Try it free” form collects your business's name and city, its Instagram account, your email and, if you give it, your phone number. They are only used to contact you and set up your space. They are emailed to Lootree, never sold or used for advertising, and deleted within 3 years of our last exchange if you don't use the service.
Business accounts
For a business using Lootree, we keep each account's sign-in email and the giveaway settings for the duration of the relationship, then as required by law.
Giveaway participants
Each giveaway is organized by the business running it; Lootree provides the technical tool. Participants' data (Instagram account, email, consents) is described in each giveaway's rules, linked from its entry page.
Service providers
Data is hosted by Heroku (see above). Emails are sent by Brevo, a French company, and technical errors are tracked with Honeybadger. These providers only act on our instructions.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@lootree.app. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
